For over 15 years, I lived in the world of peak performance. As a Strength & Conditioning coach, I knew how to build the body, but like so many of us, I was fighting a silent battle with anxiety and mental health. I realized that while my muscles were strong, my nervous system was overwhelmed.
I began to see the same pattern in my clients, friends, and family. We were all "going fast," but we weren't going where we wanted to be.
This sent me on a quest beyond the gym. I dove deep into the science of the breath, the stillness of meditation, and the transformative power of Cold Therapy. I didn't just find relief; I found a new way of living. Today, as a certified Wim Hof Method and Functional Breathwork Instructor, I combine high-performance science with ancient healing traditions.
Through The Conscious Breath, I provide the safe space I once needed. Whether we are using Somatic Bodywork to release stored trauma or sharing a cup of ceremonial Cacao , my mission is to help you move from surviving to thriving.

'Conscious breathing describes the act of developing a soft awareness of your breath as it moves in and out of your body.
Breathwork is to use breath awareness and conscious breathing for healing and growth, personal awakening, and transformation in spirit, mind and body.
